The assessment measures include Symptom Checklist-90-R (SCL-90R), Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS), Nurses¡¯ Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation (NOSIE).

Results : After 16 sessions of mindfulness based group intervention, there was significant improvement in PANSS general symptom score, negative symptom subscale, SCL-90R Depression, and SCL-90R anxiety subscales. There was also significant improvement in social competence, irritability, and depression subscales of NOSIE.
